In a constantly expanding city like Los Angeles, discovering and preserving historic architecture can be a challenge. Amidst the constant evolution and modernization of the city, it's the hidden gems of the past that truly captivate us.

Vibiana is a true treasure in the heart of Los Angeles. St. Vibiana Cathedral was built in 1876 and quickly became the city’s most significant and well-attended cathedral. Tragically, the earthquake of 1994 caused irreparable damage to this remarkable structure. As a result, the church was decommissioned and replaced by the newly built Our Lady of Angels Cathedral, located a few blocks away.

In 1999, a team of passionate developers undertook the task of restoring the architecture of St. Vibiana Cathedral to its original grandeur while preserving its rich historical significance. This building, once the largest and most attended cathedral in Los Angeles, now stands tall as the stunning wedding venue known as Vibiana. It is owned and operated by the talented husband and wife team of Chef Neal Fraser and Amy Knoll Fraser, who add a personal touch to the whole wedding experience.

The venue has a traditional cathedral feel with many modern amenities and outdoor options. With various backdrops ranging from the lush garden to the marble hallway, a gold and mosaic-tiled alcove and urban streets with an urban vibe the possibilities for pictures are endless.
